15+ years working pavement, concrete, and ADA compliance projects across California. I'm a Forticon sales professional focused on the Bay Area and Northern California — and I've spent most of that time walking parking lots with property managers, HOA boards, and facility teams.
The same problems come up again and again. Bids that look cheap but are missing base repair. ADA exposures nobody caught because nobody walked the lot with a slope meter.
