// Crack sealing

Crack sealing helps keep water out before repairs get heavier.

Crack sealing is preventive maintenance. It works best before cracks connect, widen, hold vegetation, or turn into alligator cracking. Ryan can help determine whether your cracks are sealable maintenance or signs of structural failure.

When crack sealing makes sense.

  • Linear cracks before water reaches the base
  • Block cracking that is not yet moving heavily
  • Cracks near drains, curbs, and drive aisles
  • Pre-sealcoat maintenance preparation
  • Annual maintenance planning for commercial lots

What crack sealing will not fix.

Crack sealing does not stabilize failed base, correct drainage, rebuild potholes, or reverse alligator cracking. If the pavement is moving, patching or replacement may be the honest answer.
